HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK A RESERVATION?
We suggest reservations be made at least 12 hours in advance for guaranteed service. For immediate service please call us to check availability.
HOW DO I FIND MY CAR AT THE AIRPORT?
After your plane arrives at the gate,proceed to the baggage claim (carousel) level , collect all your luggage and call our dispatchers.They will provide your vehicles plate number and location.
WHAT IF I ARRANGE A MEET AND GREET SERVICE ?
Your chauffeur will greet you at baggage claim,holding a sign with your or your company’s name on it and assist with luggage.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY FLIGHT GETS DELAYED OR CANCELED?
You do not need to call us if your flight is delayed.We monitor all flights.However if your flight is canceled ,please call us with a new flight number or to cancel your reservation in order to avoid “no show” charges .
WHAT DO I GET IN MY VEHICLE?
Bottled water,newspaper,and of course a great chauffeur!
WHY DO YOU ASK FOR A CREDIT CARD NUMBER WHEN I’M BOOKING MY RESERVATION?
