How far can you travel?
There is no set maximum distance. Milwaukee, Madison, Indianapolis and Green Bay are common routes, and long-distance trips well beyond the Midwest are possible.
Can my trip start at O’Hare, Midway or outside Chicago?
Yes. Service can begin at O’Hare or Midway and continue directly to your out-of-town destination. Trips can also begin outside Chicago when vehicle availability and positioning allow. The vehicle needs time to reach your pickup city, so reserve as early as you can, and call or text (773) 844-0040 for short-notice requests.
How far in advance should I reserve?
Online reservations close 2 hours before your pickup time. If you need to leave within 2 hours, call or text (773) 844-0040 to check availability.
What vehicles are available, and what if I need the car at my destination?
