Depending on the service, this may include:

For family transportation, information about children is provided by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

Reservations and Payment Information

Reservations may be processed through Limo Anywhere and related service providers.

Payment processing is handled through third-party payment providers, including Fullsteam Payments. Chicago Lincoln Limo does not maintain full payment-card information as a general business record outside the reservation and payment systems used to process transactions.

When a reservation is made by phone or text, our staff may enter payment-card information into the secure reservation or payment system on the customer's behalf in order to complete the booking.

We use payment information only as necessary to process authorized transportation charges, deposits, adjustments, refunds, or related transactions.

How We Use Information

Text Messages and Communications

We may send text messages related to reservations, trip updates, chauffeur or dispatch communication, service changes, customer support, and other requested transportation communications.

Marketing or promotional text messages will be sent only where the customer has provided the required consent. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing transportation services.

Message and data rates may apply. Customers may opt out of promotional text communications using the instructions provided with the message.

Email Marketing

We may offer promotional emails, service updates, or newsletters in the future.

If we begin sending marketing email, we may use a service provider such as Mailchimp or another email platform. Marketing messages will include an appropriate method to unsubscribe.

Operational emails relating to reservations, receipts, invoices, safety, or customer service may still be sent when necessary to provide requested services.
