Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Infant seats, toddler/convertible seats and booster seats are available, and multiple seats can be provided when needed. Child seats are $30 per child seat, per trip. Request them when you book and note the seat type in your reservation notes.
Does the chauffeur install the child seat?
No. For safety and liability reasons, child seats are installed and secured by the parent or guardian.
Which vehicle should our family book?
A sedan can be appropriate for parent(s) and one child, an SUV for a family of 4 to 6, and a Sprinter for a larger family or group. Traveling with a stroller or golf clubs? Choose an SUV or Sprinter for the cargo space. Compare the vehicles on our fleet page.
Can we book the ride home at the same time?
Yes. Choose Round Trip when you book and your return transportation is arranged at the same time as your trip to the airport.
What happens when our flight lands?
We monitor your flight and adjust your pickup to its actual arrival. Your complimentary wait (40 minutes domestic, 60 minutes international) begins when the aircraft reaches the gate, not at the originally scheduled time. Meet your chauffeur curbside, or choose Meet & Greet ($40): your chauffeur waits inside at baggage claim with a sign bearing your name, helps with the luggage and walks you to the car.
